  • Our installation teams specialize in curtain walling for prestigious multi-story buildings in Cyprus and the UK.
  • We constantly upgrade team member qualifications, enabling us to perform façade installations smoothly and in the safest way possible.
  • We can draw from a pool more than 150 trained operatives that we are currently working with, or have worked with in the past.
  • We can employ assistant subcontractors when needed, as temporary support.
  • We keep an updated training matrix for all operatives.

HEALTH & SAFETY

Qualified personnel with the necessary training certificates

  • Development of skills and onsite awareness through provision of toolbox-talks, daily meetings with the supervisory team, distribution of company policies and information about long and short-term targets.
  • Teams are allocated according to skill, performance and ability for the task.
  • External advisors and contractors carry out H&S inspections onsite.
  • Public and Employer’s Liability insurance for high-end market requirements on high-rise building projects in the UK and Cyprus.

FABRICATION

Multiple options alleviating dependencies

  • Fabrication executed by pre-approved subcontractors with latest technology equipment, cnc routers, etc., according to project drawings.
  • Our teams are also trained to perform fabrication on-site, where needed, with specialized equipment.

DESIGN

  • We work with the best subcontractors in façade engineering providing support across all aspects and duration of a project.

FULL SCOPE

One-stop shop for the whole envelope

  • Our team is involved in materials logistics and distribution, installation and snagging handovers.
  • We also offer special services such as lifting operations control, painting and others when required - abseiling, structural glazing (Sika based), automatic windows and doors.
  • We have experience with all types of external envelope structures (cladding and glazing) including glass, steel work and stone/brick, easily adjusting to the needs of each specific project and contractor.
